Additional Rules

We’ve got you covered with many essentials and extras for you to use during your stay.

• Please look after our home and use our items appropriately ensuring to return everything back where it was kept prior to checking out for the next guests to enjoy.
• Do not place hot drinks or food directly onto surfaces such as sofa, chairs and tables. Please use coaster and heat mats provided. Damages such as hot drink ring marks on sofa or on tables from pots not placed on heat mats, will be charged accordingly.
• No shoes to be worn on carpet (stairs, landing and bedrooms) including lounge area (rug and sofa).

• No food in bedrooms

• No additional guests allowed other than those on the booking.  If more guests arrive to stay than booked, there will be an additional charge of £20 per person, per night.  Maximum occupancy is 7 people.

• STRICTLY NO smoking inside or close to property. 

• If guests arrive smelling of cigarette then we can deny entry and NO refund.

• Parties & events are STRICTLY prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise level down.

• Any towels and beddings damaged for example by make-up, fake tan etc will be charged accordingly.

• Kindly note items in the property are not free to take. Missing items will be charged accordingly.
